Competition Events :

TRIATHLON: The Triathlon competition will consist of three (3) event

It will be Sprint Distance competition for the individual of 750M Swim, 20km Bike, 5km run

MIXED RELAY: 300M Swim, 6km Bike, 2.5km Run

DUATHLON: The Duathlon competition will consist of two event

The distance for the Duathlon individual event will be 5km Run, 20km Bike, 2.5km Run

DAY 2:  MIXED RELAY

DAY 3:  INDIVIDUAL MEN AND WOMEN DUATHLON EVENT

Competition Format

Triathlon individual event forl both for men and women

The individual competition is a continuous competition with no stop between the three legs. The first athlete to complete the course will be the winner.

Mixed Relay

The Mixed Relay comprises of teams of four (4) athletes, two (2) men and two (2) women, who will compete in the order of woman, man, woman, man. Each athete completes the mini triathlon distance of swimming, cycling and running individually before tagging their next team mate. The first team to complete the relay course will be the winner.

Duathlon individual event for both men and women

The individual competition is a continuous competition with no stop between the three legs. The first athlete to complete the course will be the winner.
