The National Sports Council Technical Committee has informed about the revision of game category in the South Asian Games. Out of 27 game Categories mentioned earlier, the committee informed about the cancellation of the Paragliding. Now the number of games in SAG is only 26.
In a Press conference organized today at Media Center, National Sports Council. Coordinator of the technical committee, Ganga Bahadur Magar clarified, ”Inadequate participants” as a reason for excluding the paragliding. By the rule, minimum three countries should have participation to continue the game.
